Vinyl Siding Replacement Before & After Photos

Again stucco removed because it was failing.  The customer chose to install Certainteed Monogram siding.  They also had us cap all the fascias and rakes and install new gutters and downspouts.  In order to make this home look fancy we installed Vinyl Lineal surrounds to the windows and a special crown detail to the tops of the windows to make it look super fancy. Oh yeah and we installed new shutters.  

This homeower chose to use Certainteed Insulated CedarBoards with a single 7" exposure siding panel in Oxford Blue.  Also the gutters, soffits, shutters and capping all got replaced as well.  In addition to all that we installed Beechworth Fiberglass windows with wood interiors...these are some strong windows and will never rot like wood or bend like vinyl.  Oh and for a nice touch we added a vinyl cornice molding to the top of the lower front windows.

The customer had failing stucco and needed it removed.  They chose Certainteed Carolina Beaded Siding in Granite Gray.
