Ryan first entered the home improvement industry in 1995 when he was brought on as a laborer for his uncle Howard Taylor, owner of Keystone Roofing. This first introduction to the roofing world taught Ryan a lot about the industry and business as a whole. His uncle showed him that hard work, showing up on time, and dedicating yourself to the craft is the only way to run a successful business in this field. The next 15+ years gained Ryan valuable field training experience as he worked under some of the highest rated and well established local contractors in the industry.
In 2010, Ryan took all the knowledge and best practices he had learned over the years and formed Certitude with his business partner Ed Wuchter. They agreed early on that their new company would be entirely focused on providing the highest level of service to their customers. It sounds obvious but both Ryan and Ed had watched company after company make sacrifices to their level of customer service in exchange for profit. The goal of Certitude was, and still is, to not compromise when it comes to giving our customers the best we have to offer.
At home, Ryan and his wife have four children, two boys and two girls. A busy family, they still make time to all sit down together every night at dinnertime for good food and a bunch of laughs.
