From the young lady who took my call to Justin the sales Mgr ...Both were very professional and courteous from the day I called.....Justin spent 30 min at least and the result was that I needed masonry work and not roofing or flashing repair around my chimney. I had another roofer start this repair and $1000 and 7 visits the leak still surfaced.....

For Justin to be honest and to tell me that he could only help by referring a mason, assured me that this is a top notch company with the integrity of so few in today's world...They are the only roofer in my Rolodex now......Thank you again Certitude and Justin....
